3. Access data / server log files

When you visit this website, the hosting provider automatically records information transmitted by your browser in server log files. This includes: IP address (shortened or anonymised where possible), date and time of the request, requested URL, referrer URL, browser used, operating system and HTTP status code.

Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the secure, stable and functional operation of the website and in preventing abuse.

This website is operated on the infrastructure of Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA), which maintains a global edge network with locations inside the European Union. When you access the site, your IP address and request metadata are processed by Cloudflare in order to deliver the page and protect it against attacks (e.g. DDoS).

Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Transfers to the USA are safeguarded by EU standard contractual clauses and Cloudflare's certification under the EU and US Data Privacy Framework.

5. Cookies and local storage

This website uses no tracking cookies, no advertising cookies and no external analytics.

Technically necessary storage operations are based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR and § 25 (2) no. 2 TTDSG; consent is not required for this.

The data you enter there (including name, email address, billing and payment data) is processed by Stripe as an independent controller or as a processor. We receive from Stripe the data necessary for contract processing and invoicing, but no complete payment data.

Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (performance of a contract) and Art. 6 (1) (c) GDPR (retention obligations under tax and commercial law). Booking and invoice data is retained in accordance with the statutory periods (6 or 10 years).

Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (measures taken before a contract) and Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (responding to your enquiry). Your data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required to handle your request, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

8. External services / fonts

Fonts and assets used on this website are delivered locally or via the Cloudflare edge network. There is no integration of Google Analytics, Facebook or LinkedIn pixels or comparable trackers.
